These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ultra-labs.io and any related pages, dashboards and tools (the "Site"), operated by Ultra Labs LLC ("Ultra Labs", "we", "us"), a Washington limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our other products

SpikeCamp (spikecamp.app), Glyphwood Academy (glyphwood.com) and Ultra War (ultrawar.io) are separate products with their own terms. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or violate anyone's rights while using the Site
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other users' information
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by overloading it, scraping it at scale, or introducing malware
  • Use the Site to send spam or submit false information through our forms
  • Copy, resell or misrepresent our content or services as your own

We may suspend or block access for anyone who misuses the Site.

Content and intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, software and design, is owned by Ultra Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission. "Ultra Labs", "ULTRA", "SpikeCamp", "Glyphwood" and "Ultra War" and their logos are our trademarks.

Our blog may quote or link to third party sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Not financial, investment or legal advice

The Site includes information about Bitcoin mining, Cardano staking, the ULTRA stake pool, cryptocurrency markets and related topics. This content is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose money. Staking rewards and mining output vary and are never guaranteed. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

AI-assisted content

Some content on the Site, including blog posts, news roundups, summaries, images and the information we publish for AI agents (such as llms.txt and our agent context), is created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools and reviewed by our team.

Wallets, staking and claims

  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and your seed phrase. We never ask for them, and we cannot recover them.
  • Delegating to the ULTRA stake pool does not transfer custody of your ADA. You can change your delegation at any time through your wallet.
  • Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us. Check every transaction carefully before you sign it.
  • Rewards, refunds and claims are paid according to the rules we publish for each program, and may depend on blockchain conditions outside our control. We may correct errors, including amounts paid in error.

Third party services

The Site relies on third party services, such as hosting providers, blockchain networks, wallets and data providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data shown on the Site, including prices, hashrate, staking figures and rewards, may be delayed, estimated or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Labs and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or digital assets, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Ultra Labs from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
