Ultra Labs LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultra Labs LLC ("Ultra Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit ultra-labs.io or contact us. Ultra Labs is a Washington limited liability company.

Our products SpikeCamp (spikecamp.app), Glyphwood Academy (glyphwood.com) and Ultra War (ultrawar.io) run on their own websites and are covered by their own privacy policies.

The short version

  • We collect only what we need to answer you, run the site and provide our services.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing devops@ultra-labs.io.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Consulting inquiries. When you use the form on our consulting page, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share, such as your phone number, preferred contact method, company name, company size, timeline, areas of interest and message.
  • Emails and messages you send us directly.

Information from wallets and the blockchain

  • If you connect a Cardano wallet to use the staking dashboard or claim rewards, we read your public wallet and stake addresses and related on-chain data, such as your delegation and balances. We never ask for, see or store your private keys or seed phrase.
  • When you claim rewards, we record the claim, including the addresses involved and the transaction, so we can process and track payouts.
  • Blockchain transactions are public by design. Anything recorded on a public blockchain can be seen by anyone and cannot be deleted by us.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.
  • Local storage. Your browser may store small settings on your own device, for example which wallet you last connected, so the site can reconnect it. This stays on your device.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only cookies that are needed for a feature you choose to use, such as signing in with a connected account. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos or posts from X shown in our blog, is provided by those services and may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and provide consulting services you request
  • To operate the staking dashboard and process reward claims
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems
  • To understand which content is useful and improve the site
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Ultra Labs, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

  • Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
  • Supabase (database hosting)
  • Resend (sending email notifications about inquiries)
  • Blockchain data providers (reading public Cardano data)
  • Stripe (processing payments, if you buy something from us)

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Consulting inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client.
  • Reward claim records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and audit purposes.
  • Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information, except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons
  • Stop contacting you

Email devops@ultra-labs.io and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

ultra-labs.io is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
