What Is Midnight?
Midnight is a next-generation privacy blockchain built by Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano and co-founder of Ethereum. It's a serious piece of infrastructure designed to solve one of blockchain's most persistent failures: the fact that everything is visible to everyone, all the time.
Midnight uses zero-knowledge (ZK) proof technology to give users something that has never really existed in Web3 before: programmable, selective privacy. You control what gets shared, with whom, and when, without sacrificing compliance, composability, or transparency where it actually matters.

We've been building in this space long enough to know when something is genuinely different. Midnight is.
Both members of our active team are Midnight Ambassadors. The Ambassador program is Midnight's global network of builders, educators, and community voices dedicated to ecosystem visibility and the mission of rational privacy.

Our primary business is Bitcoin mining on cheap renewable hydroelectric and solar energy. We have tokenized some rewards via Cardano Nexus Miners, and will be pushing tokenized rewards to the next level through the $ULTRA token on Midnight.
Once the Midnight mainnet is live, we'll spin up a Midnight node as part of our infrastructure buildout — and begin the process of launching the $ULTRA token on the Midnight Network.
